Growing together in Palace Shopping’s Secret Garden.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Palace Shopping is a very special green space. Our Secret Garden is a peaceful place where the local community can come together, enjoy nature and discover the pleasures of gardening.

Thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of our wonderful volunteers, the garden has been flourishing, with colourful flowers, fresh vegetables and even pumpkins growing in its raised beds.

We’re also delighted that the Secret Garden has been recognised with a prestigious Green Apple Award for environmental best practice, celebrating the positive impact of this special community project.

As autumn arrives, preparations are already underway for next year’s growing season, with planting and planning for a new crop of home-grown produce.

The Secret Garden is all about bringing people together, encouraging wellbeing and creating something special for our community. We love welcoming visitors to discover this hidden little oasis, and we’ll be organising more opportunities to come along, get involved and see how the garden grows.
