Palace Gardens – You can find male and female toilets, disabled facilities and baby changing on the ground level by the Lifts and Waitrose exit.
Palace Exchange – You can find male and female washrooms on the ground level by the Lifts and TKMaxx entrance. Additional disabled toilets are located on Level 1 next to the lifts and operate using the RADAR Key system. You can also find baby change facilities on Level 1 next to the lifts too.
All store entrances can be found at ground level. Individual stores that have upper levels also have lift access.
You’ll find cash machines at NatWest (opposite Caffè Nero) as well as at Eurochange, and in the M&S Food Hall.

All well behaved dogs are welcome at Palace Shopping. Please check individual stores as whilst some accept dogs, many don’t. Please keep dogs on a lead and be sure to clean up after them.
