Palace Exchange and Palace Gardens are located in the heart of Enfield town.

Enfield has three overground train stations, the most central of which is Enfield Town. It is the terminus of a branch line from Liverpool Street, one of the Lea Valley Lines.
The other stations are Enfield Chase and Enfield Lock, situated at opposite ends of the town.
