School for Ghouls!

There’s plenty of free Halloween fun lined up in Enfield this October half term at Palace’s School for Ghouls.
Palace Gardens and Palace Exchange have organised the free event on Tuesday 24 October to get youngsters prepared for Halloween. There will be spooktacular experiments from Mad Science, comedy from Mr Trick and Mr Treat, ghoulish beats from Uncle Doom and a creepy craft workshop too.
Gruesome ghosts Mr Trick and Mr Treat will perform in M&S Square at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm entertaining youngsters with conjuring calamities, shocking spells, tragic tricks and there will even be some disastrous dancing. They will also judge the ‘dress to distress’ competitions at in their 11am and 2pm shows.
Science Boffins will pop-up in M&S Square 11am - 3pm demonstrating their Ectoplasm Generator and Apparition Sensor and teaching youngsters how to make slime.
Offbeat comedy will be supplied by Uncle Doom, who will glide around on his grand piano entertaining shoppers with his ghoulish beats for 30 minutes at 11.30am 1pm, 2.15pm. The undead uncle is trapped between two worlds – his only escape is to recruit as many living beings as possible to join him in song.
They will be joined by a pair of amiable ghosts fresh out of Ghoul School who will float around trying not to scare anyone too much for 30 minutes at 11.30am, 1pm and 2pm.
Youngsters can create something scary for Halloween at the free make and take workshop located outside Costa, 11am - 3pm. There will be lots to decorate, including haunted houses, bats, cats and zombie masks.
The event takes place on Tuesday 24 October between 11am and 3pm.
